All Taxes, Fees, and Shipping Costs are calculated into the item’s sales price.

Each item is shipped to the PHMFA for distribution to the buyer during PHMFA Events/practice times. (See PHMFA Event Schedule)

Items can be reshipped to the buyer once it has arrived at the PHMFA upon special request. Please message the PHMFA directly. Additional fees may apply.

All Custom items are non-refundable. To receive a replacement item for any reason please contact the PHMFA directly.

The PHMFA is a non-profit organization who cannot offer returns outside their own capabilities. We do our best to provide a quality product at a lower price for youths in need of sports equipment items. These items are primarily used to participate in Youth Football & Cheerleading.
