I've overheard several conversations, today and over the past two weeks, between my Indians that their parents may not bring them back because they don't believe the Bantams will have a team (parents don't want to see their boys in a season like this one).
We have to strategizd early on how to retain Indians moving up. Keeping in touch with parents? Sending updates on teams numbers? Creatin a parenr chat grou Something has to be done early.
I agree!! Maybe have a conversation with the parents at the end of the year event or banquet. Get their emails and send out info throughout the off season
